If you want further information or advice from the MyDreamPet side, this is for guidance only. MyDreamPet guarantees that the goods meet the requirements for CE marking.
In this shop you can order your goods online and pay with the following payment cards:
Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Union Pay. We do not charge card fees and the amount is withdrawn first your card when the item is shipped.
All prices in MyDreamPet - at the web address http://www.mydreampet.dk - are incl. VAT.
Delivery of goods from MyDreamPet is deemed to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods takes place with GLS. Delivery time usually within 1-3 working days. In some cases, the item is not in our physical warehouse and is forwarded from our supplier. The delivery time will normally last 5-7 days in these cases.
For purchases over NOK 500, we deliver free of charge to the GLS package shop (0-20kg). Packages over 20kg are only sent to private addresses.
Shipping to parcel shop (under 20kg):
0-1kg – DKK 39.
1-5 kg – DKK 49.
5-10kg – DKK 49.
10-20kg – DKK 49.
Shipping to private address (max 30kg)

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to regret your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they have been purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to goods that exceed 30kg, which must be sent on a pallet.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Products that have either been opened, used or have a short expiry date cannot be returned.
Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly,
Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it it in another way, than what was necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in certain cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
It means you have right of complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

You have the right to compensation if something goes wrong in connection with your purchase, such as the item being damaged, an item missing on delivery, the item being incorrect or defective or the delivery not being made.
If something goes wrong with your purchase, the Purchase Guarantee covers you for both acquisition costs and shipping costs. You will also be compensated for the direct financial damage you may have suffered as a result of the error. The purchase guarantee does not include any loss of value, lost income or other direct or indirect costs.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. If an item is sent directly from the supplier, we only pass on this information so that the item can be delivered.
The personal information is registered with Nuevo Vet ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
